I cannot say enough about Cathy K Awesome doesn’t cover it. She helped me buy my house, and 20 years later I moved from FL to AZ, and she helped me sell it in one day. During the move I had stomach issues that took a week out of my packing time and then broke my shoulder that left me totally out of the process. Friends that were going to help me, bailed at the last minute so I needed someone to do all the packing. When I called the packing company I hired, they said they were scheduled for a day later. The day I was flying out early in the a.m. The car courier said they couldn’t make it till Saturday and they were scheduled for Wednesday. I lost it, and I never cry. I called Cathy and when she heard what was going on, she came right over. She had all these issues solved in less than an hour. She did not yell at anyone. She was very professional to all parties and solved everything in less than an hour (people packing my house, packers for the POD, car pickup, and even someone to clean the house when I left).
